Rooms lacked microwaves, so we could not bring back our leftover food from restaurants we visited, and the bathrooms lacked ventilation. The staff was Amazing, they were very attentive, helpful and supportive and always had a smile on their face, no matter the time of day/night, they were always willing to help however they could. Despite my two "complaints" above, this hotel is very conveniently located, it was worth every dime, and I would definitely stay there again.

This is my third stay here and excellent as always. Very convenient location. Room was very clean and the dehumidifier works amazing their was no moisture issues in the room. Only semi issue with the room and its not the hotels problem at all was the side of the hallway we were on the bass from the music at the bars is a little annoying when trying to sleep. Yeshua at the pool bar is very nice young man. The steel drums at the pool bar was awesome and should happen more often. The beach is amazing and its great that lounger chairs are always available. Lee and the guy not sure of his name at the beach helping with the chairs are very nice people. Will definitely be back again.

Loved our stay!! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had great amenities. Pool bar drinks were incredible and staff is so easy to contact and quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Located in a perfect area it was walkable to anything you might need. The area also felt safe walking home at night for 3 girls in their 20s. We wanted to especially thank the pool bartender and Priscilla for making our stay so special!!
