Solid hotel—no Wi-Fi
Service was excellent! Room clean and up to date. It’s located across the street from the beach and on the same block as several good restaurants and bars. The hotel does not have balconies, mind you. The only drawback was the spotty to nonexistent Wi-Fi in the room. I could never connect in my room and it affected the tv’s services too. I’d have to go to the lobby to use Wi-Fi. You may be thinking “So what?! You’re in Aruba to disconnect and relax.” And I won’t disagree. But I like to stay connected with friends and family on my trips, and I noticed a couple people in the lobby were there for business, and were not enthused about bringing their laptop and work equipment down to the lobby. I pay good money for my stay, and I expect the creature comforts offered to work. The lack of Wi-Fi was an inconvenience and I’d try another hotel if I came back to Aruba.

Hi Expedia. You should NOT have this place on your site. It’s horrible. Not close to the ocean. No gym. No spa. No breakfast. We will never go there again. We will not be using Expedia again

They are renovating but it was fine. Staff was great and rooms were clean just out of date. No microwave or coffee pot but had a refrigerator that was quickly replaced when we called maintenance- it was not cooling. Staff was very responsive.
