The property is central to most of all palms beach delicious restaurants, nightlife and beautiful beaches. The property itself could use some attention. I liked our room, hated that the bathroom didn’t have a full shower door; half of a door to be exact. You wet the entire bathroom whenever you used it. The bathroom door doesn’t close fully, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The shower floor itself, we used shower shoes. The room lacked basic necessities like enough water, an iron and an ironing board. All fixable, but should definitely be taken into consideration.

Omggg!! Hands down the best accommodating staff I ever experienced!! Ishmir was the best !!! He was so down to earth and made sure my bestfriend and I were comfortable, from transporting us around, to helping my bestfriend feel better with honey and lime remedy, to showing us around the island! We love the assistant manger and his cafe shop workers! Over great staff, breakfast was included with my stay and was very good !! And nice restaurants on the strip

I was a solo traveler who stayed for 5 days. Felt totally safe the entire time. The location was great. There were restaurants and shops everywhere. The best part of my trip was the staff. My luggage was delayed and the staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Jose Luis at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Priscilla was very friendly and made me smile throughout the trip. The pool was excellent and not crowded. DJ Kelly played great music and was nice. Shamir from the front desk was also helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

We were greeted by a great staff the day of our arrival. What I liked the most that everyone, the staff especially Priscilla, Carlin, Xerxes and everyone else were so humble and kind. It may us feel as part of the family. The staff would go over and beyond to assist us in making our stay at the hotel very comfortable. The outside pool area was great and loved the swim up bar. We had Jose Luis aka El Puma as our pool bartender for one afternoon, he was great to speak with. The coffee shop ladies were so kind and we enjoy our conversation with them as we brought coffee and tea in the morning. This has been one of the best vacation taken and we are glad that we stay at TRYP at Wyndham. Thank you to the general manager, Mr. Sloot for the champagne and rose petals on the bed in our room on the first day of our arrival. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary of 43yrs. We will definately be back next year!

It was a great stay! We booked last minute and they were super accommodating. We especially enjoyed the bartender Kelly and his recommendations and chose to pregame with him before heading out to the clubs. The guy working at the beach front was also really great with recommendations and service. My only complaint is that the bathroom was not as clean as I would want. There was mildew in the shower grout and by the toilet. Not very inviting. Our AC also went out in the middle of th night and we had to change rooms at 5am (just for the night) but they fixed it first thing in the am and we were able to go back. The swim up pool stays empty which was so nice to relax by and I liked that u could order from the beachfront (except it’s a limited menu with no mixed drinks. Only beer available)

The staff is amazing loves Patricia she was amazing made me feel so welcome. Hotel was great only thing at night it’s behind a club very loud but I won’t lie went to the same club on Saturday it was an amazing vibe. loved how convenient everything thing was just a couple of steps away

Loved it and would come back

The location is perfect, right in the middle of lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond genuinely explaining how to get around, how to save on excursions etc. I also really liked the beach staff, and that Wyndham had its own section on the beach with chairs. We filled our day with excursions and beach time, so we weren’t in the room too much. Great value, and Really great experience!

Do not stay here spend em the extra bucks and stay a few doors down at a more reputable hotel. This hotel lacked cleanliness there was Hair in my bed upon arrival I always thoroughly check out the linens, there was hair on the sheets, and they were very dirty looking not anywhere near white. i had to make them Change the linens there was also hair all over the floors,and in the shower. Also there is a restaurant/night club directly behind this hotel, the music is very loud if you want to rest before midnight not happening!
