Do you dream of sunbathing by a beautiful large pool on a soft lounge chair, feeling the breeze on your skin, while enjoying the gorgeous view?
Look no further because we have the right villa for you!
This glorious free-standing, ground floor villa can accommodate up to 11 guests.
We have 4 fully airconditioned bedrooms and each bedroom has it's private ensuite bathroom.
The backyard has a very large shaded patio overlooking an area called the Salinja, which fills with rain water so depending on the season it will be dry or filled with water. Behind the salinja you can see the ocean.
You will have your own private sunset, right from your outdoor dining table!

Bedroom details to note:
-The master bedroom has a small cove where we added a twin bed for an 11th adult, or two small children. It does not have a door. It is ideal for parents with a child.
-The 4th bedroom is only accessible by walking through the 3rd bedroom, or by entering from the patio/sliding door. Please see photos!

This spacious villa is the ultimate place to relax on your perfect holiday and this home will not feel crowded with 11 guests.
The home has windows all around and sliding doors to the pool, which makes the home so light and you feel connected with the pool area, it is easy to keep an eye on the rest of your family. If you open all windows and doors, a delighful breeze is filling the house.
The villa is stylishly furnished and above all very clean and well maintained. We have all you need to feel at home away from home.
The open kitchen has an island for extra counter space and is completely equipped with a 2 refrigerators, stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, anything you need to prepare your own meals at home.
In the case you do want to go out, the hotel strip with hundreds of restaurants is just a few minutes drive away.

This villa gives you all the privacy that you need for quality time with your family or a romantic honeymoon. We have all the modern conveniences, hot water, airconditioning, Smart TVs and WiFi.
Ofcourse we have beach chairs for you, a cooler, beach towels and bath towels. You can pack light, as we have a great washer and dryer in our garage.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $280 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location.

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.
