Our family of 4 had a great experience at Blue Residences. So much room, 3 large bedrooms with 3 attached full bathrooms. Amazing showers! We were only a 5 minute from the main strip in Noord for shopping and most of our dining. We were just across the street from the beach but also had access to the pools in premises. Gym was great. Staff was very nice. We would love to stay here again.

I would suggest better cleaning . The floors were very dirty, I wore socks and they were black on the bottom. The chairs at the kitchen counter needed wiped down as well. Many marks on the walls makes it look dingy.

We really liked the location in that we could walk a mile north or south to hit Palm or Eagle Beach, but we could come back to our unit and have plenty of room at the pool and the quiet.

Upon check in we Had Urshela has receptionist she gave a room that was not function the main bed in the master was mattress was finished the suspension was broken wooden plank on the floor we had to pack and unpack not good for the vacation and move to another room

Beautiful view. Proximity to nice beaches and grocery store. Some properties provide beach chairs as the lounge chairs at the beach are expensive to rent. But this property does not provide them. Everything else was provided.

The property is close to the beach. As mentioned in other reviews, there are some bugs. There was a sign on kitchen table stating that it’s an island and bugs are normal. I don’t think the shag area rug helps with the bugs because it would be tough to vacuum it. We were disappointed with the hot tub, it wasn’t hot. I didn't say anything until check out and was told I was the first to report that. I wish I would have said something day 1, maybe we could have enjoyed a hot tub. The property is close to several beaches and restaurants are a short walk away. There are 2 grocery stores close by.

We loved this place! The rooms were great and the view was amazing. The only downside was that they were testing the fire alarms while we were there and they didn't warn us ahead of time which was annoying.
