The property itself was as expected, clean, well furnished, etc. The BIG problem was finding the property once we arrived in Aruba. We were given an address that was miles away from the actual property. We arrived after 6:00 pm and tried many, many, many times to get the correct address and location of the property. No one called when we plead for a phone call. It took us several hours to figure it all out and that wasn't because VRBO was any help. The four of us were getting ready to sleep in our rental car for the night when a kind restaurant manager helped us to realize that we had been given the wrong address from the very beginning! What a terrible beginning to a great island vacation!! This is our last use of Vrbo! TERRIBLE customer service!!!!
