The property itself was as expected, clean, well furnished, etc. The BIG problem was finding the property once we arrived in Aruba. We were given an address that was miles away from the actual property. We arrived after 6:00 pm and tried many, many, many times to get the correct address and location of the property. No one called when we plead for a phone call. It took us several hours to figure it all out and that wasn't because VRBO was any help. The four of us were getting ready to sleep in our rental car for the night when a kind restaurant manager helped us to realize that we had been given the wrong address from the very beginning! What a terrible beginning to a great island vacation!! This is our last use of Vrbo! TERRIBLE customer service!!!!

We had a great stay at the Bright Condo! Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The condo was very well appointed! Plenty of space, a full kitchen which was perfect for breakfast and snacks (we ate out every night), 2nd floor balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and high enough to view the sun setting each night. The owners provided beach chairs and towels, which were very helpful. This unit does not have a dishwasher (not a deal breaker), so good to know if that is important to you. The management company was very easy to work with - excellent communication and represented the property accurately. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Wonderful stay! Place was clean. 1 block walk to Eagle beach. There was a store on walk to beach for water, snacks, etc. We rented a jeep for the week so we’re able to see some of the beautiful sights in Aruba.

Loved this property! Walking distance to the beach, BBQ and Laundromat on site, and a beautiful pool area. The condo was very comfortable with beach chairs, coolers, and pool towels available in the unit.

Great staff and good location

The staff and management could not have been better. The apartment was good. The location is a bit further away from most of the action. Great for quiet beach vacation.
