We chose this apartment because we were traveling with a toddler and wanted accommodations that felt as close to home as possible. The building and the apartment were both well maintained, and the staff went above and beyond—truly fantastic service. Cleanliness was decent, though not perfect. The main areas were cleaned well, but spots like the laundry closet and under the furniture looked like they hadn’t been touched in months. The washer and dryer also seem to be nearing the end of their lifespan—the dryer unfortunately damaged a couple of our clothes. The AC worked perfectly, but both showers could use some attention as the drains were slow, causing water to pool. The sheets and towels were serviceable but definitely a bit worn and ready for replacement. On the bright side, the pools were absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The location is also excellent—within walking distance to both Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. Overall, despite a few minor issues, we had a good experience and would happily stay here again

The studio room is very small. The couch needs updated, the blow dryer mounted to the wall, the refrigerator needed defrosting, and wash clothes added to the bathroom. The pool is wonderful. The smoke detector went off for at least 15 minutes and no one came. No fire department, no management or anyone came to tell us it was safe to return to the units.

First and foremost, the view of the ocean is fantastic and the location of Azure was in a central location. Having Poke Ono in the lobby was also a plus, it was a nice option if you don’t feel like venturing far. Their food was delicious, but there were issues with the room and property. The air conditioning in the second bedroom didn’t work properly, it wasn’t warm, but it wasn’t cold even if I set the thermostat at the lowest temperature. The shower-head in common bathroom sprayed in all directions and even out of the shower enclosure on to the floor if you put the water pressure anywhere past middle. The couch cushions would sink into the couch because there was a large gap between the couch frame and pull out. My bed was too soft for my liking, I ended up with back pain, but someone else might enjoy a very soft bed. Lastly, the property was going through maintenance while we were staying there. Spackling and painting in the common areas, pest control spraying in our rooms. I know that is a product of bad timing, but when you go on vacation and pay good money, you expect it to be “perfect”. If it wasn’t for the view, I would have given a lower review.

Everyone was always friendly. Security at front gate was friendly and helpful. Unit was clean. Washer and dryer was definitely helpful. Didn’t know it was part of accommodations until I got there. Only issue we had was our keypad on our front door of condo was a little faulty; took a few tries with code to get in every night. Receptionist at front desk was always helpful and friendly. Pool was amazing. Loved our stay.

Nice place

The condo was very nice. It was a bit overcrowded with furniture. Pull Out couch, two big chairs, large coffee table and a very large round table with 6 chairs all in one small area. It is great if you have a lot of people staying with you. The patio was great. I loved the doors that lead from the master bedroom and the living room. View is amazing. Ocean and pool, so great. The pool is amazing.
