The beach is fantastic and the people are friendly. However service is lacking, rooms were cleaned really late in the day, it took 3 days and multiple inquiries to have our room phone repaired. The level of service is lacking, they refer you to their app for property information but the app does not work well. So we did not know about all the restaurants or kid activities going on. You pay a significant resort fee and it doesn’t seem that there is anything special or stand out about this location. We only had good service when they wanted to get you to their membership presentation, after that we were dropped like hot potatoes. Hotel rooms are dated and need to be refreshed, they are getting outdated. For the price we paid, we did not feel we received value. I do want to say that the beach staff were all amazing and attentive, that was the best part of the hotel. However the hotel does not have enough seating for their guests so you have to sign up for chairs via their app and it’s difficult to get seats - that part is frustrating. Aruba is great and well worth the trip but we would go to a different resort.

Incredible stay! Everything was clean, everyone was over the top friendly and the location is amazing. Will be back! Side note: blackjack tables did not run hot.

Great location on Palm Beach within walking distance to several restaurants. Grounds are beautiful. Rooms are nice. We were upgraded to full ocean view. Small refrigerator that wasn’t very cold is only drawback. We rented a car from airport and there is plenty of parking in the lot with no extra fee. Great vacation site.

Great stay at Marriott Stellaris - staff was all friendly and the property is beautiful. The Casino on site is a joke. I’ve never been in an establishment that was so blatantly rigged. They require you to get a players card that gave me 0 points or money towards anything at check out after gambling in there every night.

Beach was nice but eagle brach is better which is down the road from the hotel. Hotel has nice beach front access but good luck finding a beach chair by the pool. Lots of chairs with towels in them as people put a towel down and disappear. Sun will fool you. So put on sun screen

We came to Aruba for the first time, my wife and I, to celebrate her birthday and retirement after twenty years as a rural carrier for the USPS. She described our trip as the, “Greatest time of my life!”. Every single staff member we encountered was a smiling, welcoming ambassador to this resort, and the island of Aruba overall. The only thing we didn’t like? Having to go home! This is an incredible place to experience, and we can’t wait to return! Thank you Marriott!

Our first evening at the property, we were standing in the lobby, dressed to go to a nice dinner when large water balloons were launched from EIGHT stories up! Not only did we all get soaked and had to change and get ready again before a nice evening out, but one of us got hit directly in the head leaving her concussed and with whiplash for the entirety of her vacation! From 8 stories up, a large water balloon is actually incredibly dangerous. Not only was the staff less than apologetic, they made zero attempt to check the security cameras to find the people who hurt her. They begrudgingly offered her $500 off of a $5000 stay but really did very little to make sure the incident doesn't happen again or hold those who did it accountable. Also, the property is VERY crowded and it's extremely difficult and time consuming to book pool and beach chairs.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and the staff was great. I did see a mouse run through the Mercat restaurant on my last breakfast at the hotel. I would go back again.

The o real experience was good. The resort had many conveniences on the property. The staff were polite and attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beach area was clean and had great food/bar service. Opportunity areas : The beds were quite hard and the pillows were terrible. The daily scramble to obtain a spot on the beach was chaotic and frustrating. Requests for a shaded palapa had to be made by 5pm the day before via an app or you had to rush to the beach desk by 8am. The spa massage was average with an inexperienced Therepist that wasn’t worth the $200 charge.

Very clean property. Staff (that wasn't front desk) was amazing. Pool staff, wait staff, cleaning crews all top notch. Tips for exceptional service go a long way. If I had one suggestion it would be for the front desk staff, they seemed out of sync with the rest of the property. They didn't have simple answers and could have easily made a few things easier with clarification. I'm being a little nitpicky and clearly it's not enough to lose a star over. We would stay (and will stay) here over and over. Another great Marriot property.
