This place is outstanding.My family of 3 stayed there for 10 nights, May 31st -June 10th and no complaints whatsoever.Upon arrival everything was perfectly set up for us.The kitchen is fully equipped and there wasn’t any problem with cooking anything.I fixed the BBQ since whoever put it together make major mistake and didn’t connect gas hose/pipe going from regulator to burner's(2 screws, 5 min of work)Bathrooms with many towels, toilet paper, soaps etcBedrooms with big closets, around 50 hangers total and super nice mattresses ( couldn’t get safe box to work for us but anyway it was super small and poorly attached to the wall in one of the closet)Private outside area with table sofas and storage bin where you have beach chairs, pool floats and black garbage bags with some tarps or other unnecessary things that are taking a space away)There is a walking closet next to the kitchen with washer and dryer.Every suit has own assigned parking spot (#4 for this one )During our stay 3 or 4 times maintenance guys parked their can on our spot forsing us to take someone else spot.No problem-easy fix with the person sitting in “lobby” from 7-4pm.After hours it could be a problem.AC in every room (3 units Total) cooling super fast.There is a pin required to enter the building by so check your massages from the host to get one.This place is 15-20 minutes walking distance to the beach ( 4min drive )Perfect locationSwimming Pool was always empty, same as roof top.100% recommend

The property was clean and modern.the kitchen was not well designed.The cupboards and kitchen vent over the stove were set up too low.The architects could of done better.
