Simple a Wow!

Just a Wow. Since we arrived intil we departed they staff was always taking care of any detail for minimum or smallest it'll be. We visit otjer hotels during our wtay but neither was as well located, convinience, affordable and noce as The Amsterdam Manor Aruba

Hotel was wonderful. Best location in Aruba. Across the street from Eagle beach and walkable to Palm beach. Staff was very helpful with getting cabs and renting a UTV. Passions restaurant on the beach at sunset was amazing!

The sewage smell from the wastewater treatment plant was awful on our last day there. The entire beach smelled. Also, the bartenders at Passions seem really burned out. No smiles and not friendly. I think they work them too hard.

Location location location

Directly across the street from one of the best beaches in the world - Eagle beach. The hotel is impeccably well maintained and clean. Staff could not be friendlier. The neighborhood is walkable and quiet compared to Palm Beach high rise area. There is a pool and bar but both are very small. No bar service at the pool but there is a huge grocery store within walking distance. The restaurant across the street, Passions, serves a great dinner although they’re a bit unorganized for seating at breakfast and lunch. There’s a hostess stand but it’s not used during the day. A “seat yourself” sign would be helpful as people que up at the vacant stand. During our stay there was an intermittent sewage smell in the air - probably from nearby construction. The same odor was noticed occasionally further down the street as well.

Amsterdam Manor is a beautiful resort. It has such character. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not rent a car so we were able to utilize the bus system to get to where we wanted to go. I really enjoyed having breakfast daily while sitting on the beach!
