This is more like a 3* hotel:old rooms, medium service, hotel repairs until 10pm etc. Bryan from the beach bar said i can order only 2 drinks at once, i have to walk away and then come back for another 2 drinks. What? We are a family of 4 (2adults, 2 kids) on all inclusive. After 3 days of stay the rules have changed?Your management needs to gets it together.

Staff was very friendly. Willie waited on us at Agave and Da Vinci, and was phenomenal. Margi at Oceanside was so friendly also! Room was clean, standard holiday inn room. Ocean front was great.

The rooms smelled like mold, every night our lullaby was Moomas EDM music, the walls are paper thin so you hear everyone and everything!! Loved the jackhammering at 8:30 AM !!! The hairdryer caught fire the first day I had to throw it in the sink and obviously never worked again!! One last thing that was a pain you had to key into all the bathrooms with your room key!!! Now the positives!! The food was great the Rib eye was insane at the Sea Breeze!! Drinks with “alcohol surcharge” were fantastic bartenders were great!!! Our room was cleaned each day perfectly!!! The resort is old and tired and needs some updating!!!

Rooms are very tired and in need of renovation. Carpet was musty and sliding door was impossible to open. Drinks were terrible and service was hit and miss. Some employees were wonderful and others made you feel like they were bothering you. Food was the bright spot as many restaurants were very good

Very clean and staff is very friendly. Food was very good as well as the coffee at cafe. All inclusive had exclusions of canned beverages, water bottles and premium liquor which was fine. Didn’t like that it excluded gelato ice cream place and your all inclusive package ended at checkout. Would have liked it to extend till we left for airport.

Well let's start by saying this was our 25+ times stay at Holiday Inn Aruba. Great staff, great beach location, clean room & close many restaurants & activities right outside the resort. Cannot praise the entire staff each & every time we are there. Even management walks around & speak with us. Can't wait to plan 2026 Aruba !
