excellent place to base in noboribetsu. reasonable price for the area. excellent and large onsen area - both indoor and outdoor. walking distance to hell valley, centre and bear park. rooms are a good size, safe, comfortable and convenient. staff are friendly and helpful. if you get the japanese room - great experience but be prepared for the floor if its mulitple days. buffet is ok

Good: - onsen: real onsen and it's the biggest onsens I ever visited in Japan. - dining: I booked a kaiseki dinner and it was a great experience. - location: along the onsen street. And one of the biggest onsen ryokans there. Very near Hell Valley (about 5 min walk to the entrance) - room: the room is just sufficient for 2 pax to stay for a night. I personally like sleeping on a futon. - service: very patient front desk staff who guided me with good info.

Perfect place for a retreat

Amazing hotel. Took the room with private onsen. This resort is perfect for a retreat for all, family, couple, or solo. Staff were very friendly and polite.

The hotel is quite big, there are many buildings. The public bath is big and open 24 hours. There is no walk-in restaurant in hotel (need booking with room). Location is good, not far from bus stop. There are limited buses for nearest bus stop. It need to walk approx 10 minutes to bus station for more buses.
