Had a nice stay here. It is across the steet from the Mystic Aquarium and continently located close to many shops and restaurants. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very nice sitting areas in and around the lobby and bar

The man at the front desk was really helpful and nice. Everyone we met was friendly, staff and guests. I didn't realize how the hotel was directly across from the aquarium and the all cute shops! I knew we were close, so that's a bonus. Food and drinks were good at the restaurant in the hotel.

I checked into my first room and found the door open, so I returned to the front desk. The second room’s keys didn’t work, and there were dirty towels outside the door. In the third room, I discovered blood on the bathroom door.
