Could offer better quality

The booking system didn't work, they didn't respond to messages, we were tired from travelling and took 20min to check in. Not sure who is to blame, hotels.com or the hotel. Anyway, room request was sorted, but the sofa bed was quite awful. A a mattress topper is needed for it, as the mattress is too thin/old. Nice people at the front of house, nice gym, nice breakfast, but these two points make it pretty mediocre.

The hotel was very well located to take the highway bus from TORP airport and a tram or marina walk to central Oslo. The hotel was clean and rooms well maintained. The area around the hotel had enough eating options and there was a nice food market and pizza option. We had a room in the adjoining building, which was near to the motorway, so there was some noise. Would definitely rate the variety of breakfast options included in price.

Decent breakfast

It was ok, we were in the further wing of the hotel and there is only access via the 8th floor or 1st so you had to get two lifts every time which was a bit of a pain. Also the bar was closed on a Saturday night which was annoying when we got back to the hotel and fancied a night cap. Definitely a mid week business hotel rather than for tourists
