Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I urge all travelers to think twice before booking Memo’s Beach. On the exact day of our arrival, the hotel abruptly cancelled our room, leaving us stranded in Nilaveli . Leaving guests stranded is bad enough, but breaking a promise, hiding behind a silent phone, and ghosting stranded customers is deeply unprofessional and deceitful. Do not trust their bookings or their word. Avoid this place and book with a reliable hotel down the beach instead.

They cancelled our stay two days prior to arrival (we are a family of 5). We were relocated to a hotel far away and not anything like what we had booked 2 months in advance - so disappointing 😰
