San José, quiet and large terrace at 100m beach

Very comfortable holiday home due to its proximity (100 meters) to the beach of "La Calilla". It is a little crowded family beach, with lifeguard from June to September and shower equipment. There is a wonderful restaurant very close: "Casa Sebastián" where you can have tapas before returning home.
The main room of the house is the terrace of more than 50 square meters and with furniture suitable for your enjoyment. If your holiday is mainly looking for the Sea, this is your home: Seeing sunrise or sunset from the terrace is a daily show.
On the ground floor is:
the Salon -Dining room with smart TV.
- The kitchen, which is integrated with a breakfast bar (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and microwave).
- The main bathroom with bathtub.
- A large bedroom with 3 beds (a bunk bed and a trundle bed).

Great property, views and location and Esther was great! We visited in April as our children don't love full heat. We hiked, dipped briefly in the sea and had desert adventures at nearby Tabernas. If we had one piece of feedback it would be to reattach the shower bracket on the wall. Using a hand held without a bracket is trying for 3 tall people. Our eldest is 6ft5in! But otherwise, it was a delightful little find and we would definitely recommend! Also definitely hop to Casa Pepe for best food in San Jose.

This place is all about the balcony and its view but little else.

The top floor balcony and its view are fabulous but there are a number of issues about this property. Firstly the only access to the balcony is through the master bedroom. We were on our own so it didn't matter but if you are with friends it would be a problem. They would have to go through your bedroom to get to the balcony which is the only place you will want to be. You could use the downstairs two bedrooms but they are small and dark with one without a window. We had a number of issues with the equipment including a non working oven which was a big problem to us. We were unable to contact the owner all week. The proximity of the balcony to others is very close and if you are unlucky, as we were with a wedding party staying next door, it will not be quiet. There is also a major construction project going on behind the property which is very noisy between 8am and 6pm every weekday. Check its finished before you book. There is effectively only one bathroom as the upstairs toilet has no hot water to the sink. The main sitting area and kitchen are downstairs and are again very dark and enclosed. And remember no wifi and no 4g. If non of the above bothers you then you will love the balcony and San Jose is a beautiful place.

Das Haus ist wie im Inserat beschrieben - super Terrasse mit wunderbarer Aussicht! Für das Parkieren vor dem Haus hatten wir nicht den Mut - die Strasse ist extrem steil. Einzig befremdend war, dass wir obschon wir die Reinigungsgebühr von 50 Euro bereits bei der Buchung bezahlt hatten, nochmal eine Reinigungsgebühr von 50 Euro bezahlen oder das Haus selbst reinigen sollten. Dafür hatten wir das Haus (vor allem die Küche und Terrasse) zu wenig sauber übernommen.

Excelente ubicación, zona muy tranquila

Hemos estado cuatro adultos y tres niños. La casa es muy cómoda. Lo mejor la terraza. La ubicación genial. La playita, a menos de 100 m, es recogida, súper familiar y muy buena para ir con niños. El centro del pueblo está dando un paseito a10 minutos. Los alrededores, pueblos y playas son increíbles también. La comunicación con la propietaria muy fluida. Lo malo, que se nos ha hecho muy corta la estancia allí.

Het appartement (huis)heeft duidelijk achterstallig onderhoud (badkamer, slechte verlichting in de living, één slaapkamer heeft geen zuurstof toevoer van buiten), maar het balkon is fantastisch. En met mooi weer, zoals wij hebben gehad, zaten wij altijd buiten. Met fantastisch uitzicht. Met minder mooi weer voldoet dit appartement niet voor die prijs.

Todo ha estado genial,quizás el sofá del salón algo incòmodo.Por todo lo demás, de 10.

Las vistas de la terraza son espectaculares,la zona es bastante tranquila.No tiene parking,pero en la misma calle se puede aparacar,ya que hay un vado propio de la casa.
