Very nice, affordable place. Easy entry, Helpful remote staff. Good proximity to harbor. Everything you need. New appliances, good heat/AC. Good bed.Didn’t watch TV but seemed to work well. Good water pressure. Only improvement: hot water was not super hot and did not last very long - not enough for 2 showers. Upstairs units had great ocean views.
