Quiet holiday home right on the Baltic Sea near Warnemünde

The house is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen between Heiligendamm and Warnemünde, directly on the Baltic Sea and on the Baltic Sea Cycle Path. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a large garden.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a large living and dining area with TV and fireplace. In addition, a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with a single bed and a double bed in a cozy corner under a slope and a second large bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Underfloor heating, wall radiators and a fireplace ensure cozy warmth even in the colder seasons.
A parking space and a terrace with garden furniture and grill are available.
Pets and smoking are expressly not allowed in the house!
Please note: The spa tax is collected on site and is not part of the rental price!

Vielen herzlichen Dank für die Vermietung eines sehr schönen Ferienhauses auf einem ruhigen und nur ein paar Schritte von der Steilküste entfernten Grundstücks. Wir hatten in diesem sehr sauberen und toll eingerichtetem Haus eine schöne Zeit.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner die für einen kleinen Betrag nutzbar waren. Bis zur Küste waren es keine 200m. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist für 2 Erwachsene von seiner Größe her ideal. Sauber, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Wir hatten Glück das zu dieser Zeit die anderen 2 Ferienhäuser auf dem Gelände nicht vermietet waren.

Gut mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Doppelbett ist der Kleiderschrank nur schwer zugänglich. Man sollte einigermaßen beweglich und nicht zu groß (<1,85m) sein. Der zweite Schlafraum ist in meinen Augen nur für 2 Personen geeignet Hat aber einen großen Kleiderschrank.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ruhig gelegenes tolles Ferienhaus.Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet ,was man benötigt,sogar mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.Von dort zur Küste keine 200m.Sehr gut geeignet für Spaziergänge und Fahrradtouren.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Alles wie erwartet

Alles wie beschrieben. Das Häuschen ist gut erreichbar und hat einen guten Zugang zum Strand. Es eignet sich nur bedingt für einen Badeurlaub, da der Strand einer felsige Steilküste liegt. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir zum Angeln dort waren. Der Hauswart hat uns etwas früh augescheucht bei der Abfahrt, aber auch das war kein echtes Ärgernis. Insgesamt Empfehlenswert
