Gorgeous Chalet in Niedernsill With Garden

This beautiful chalet enjoys a central location in the Salzburgerland, between the skiing area of Zell am See/Kaprun and Kitzbühel/Kirchberg, in the pleasant village of Niedernsill. The entire chalet is at your disposal and is divided in two parts for respectively 6 and 8 people, connected both downstairs and upstairs. Everything is double, so that you can enjoy your privacy with several families as well.
On the ground floor, you'll find the living area with two living rooms and kitchens and access to the spacious balcony on the sunny side of the house.
Downstairs, you'll find the bedrooms, all with access to the garden.

It's a detached chalet surrounded by a large garden and greenery. Loads of privacy. The view offers you beautiful vistas and breathtaking nature with amazing peaks of the Hohe Tauern National Park.

Niedernsill makes a perfect base for your holidays, both in summer and winter! You can find my possibilities for mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, glacier skiers, paragliders, riders and of course peace seekers in the immediate vicinity

The holiday village of Niedernsill is located in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park at 769 meters above sea level between Zell am See and Mittersill. Niedernsill is far from busy roads. Here you'll find cosy alpine meadows, lovely options for excursions and many possibilities for large and small adventures. There are also some golf courses with a different number of holes nearby.
The cableway to the ski area of ??Kitzbühel and the other ski areas of Zell am See-Kaprun with the Schmittenhöhe and Kitzsteinhorn mountains is approximately 12-15 km away.
