The apartment (300 m²) is part of the 400 year old Pinzgauer Schrempf farmhouse (anno 1613) renovated in 2015 and is located in the sunny picturesque village of Niedernsill, a 10-minute drive from Kaprun and Zell am See. In the spring, summer and fall you can go hiking, mountain biking, golfing, sailing, hiking and even skiing on the Kaprun glacier. Plenty of skiing or cross-country skiing in the Kitzbüheler Alpen, the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn or the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See in winter. Everything accessible within 10 minutes.

In 2014 we bought the somewhat dilapidated farmhouse (anno 1613) and renovated it with great love and patience into an attractive and comfortable apartment in which we have retained the characteristic elements as much as possible. The vaults in the bedroom and bathroom and the old doors also give the apartment a warm and cozy appearance.

The Schrempf-Anna apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the farm and has 14 sleeping places. The luxury living room with kitchen and dining area is approximately 100 m². From the living room / kitchen / dining area you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Hohe Tauern. In the living room, equipped with a spacious seating area, flat-screen TV, blu-ray player and iPod docking / CD / radio, you can chat about the day. The kitchen is equipped with a combi oven / microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, kettle, coffee maker, senseo coffee maker and toaster. Plates, glasses, cutlery are more than sufficiently available. The kitchen island is equipped with an induction hob and cozy bar stools. The spacious comfortable dining area will certainly ensure that you can linger afterwards. The patio doors give access to the balcony (south) and sunny terrace (south-west), which are equipped with a lounge set and barbecue.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed. bed and flat screen TV. In addition to this bedroom is a spacious bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, shower and toilet. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Bedroom 2 has a king-size double bed. bed, a bunk bed, a flat screen TV and a 2nd bathroom with a double sink, walk-in shower and toilet and has underfloor heating. The spacious hall on the 1st floor features a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV and Wii game console. There are plenty of games and children's books available. The hall gives access to the balcony on the east and west side of the apartment. Through the hall you also have access to the 3rd toilet and the utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

On the 2nd floor (attic) is a bedroom 3. This bedroom has 2x a double bed. bed. In addition to this bedroom there is a 3rd spacious bathroom with double sinks, (rain) shower and wonderfully spacious sauna. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Bedroom 4 has a king-size double bed. bed, 2x a single bed. bed, flat screen TV and access to the balcony (south).

Free WiFi is available everywhere in the apartment. Ski storage and free private parking are available.

The ski bus stop and train station is within walking distance of the apartment. You can get fresh bread rolls for breakfast at the supermarket on your doorstep. The nearest restaurant is 200 meters away. Bicycle and hiking trails are right outside the door.
