This is a VERY nice, clean, new and accessible property with helpful and hardworking staff. Parking lot is flat if accessibility is an issue for you. Next to a Waffle House if you need a late night snack. This property is super safe and super comfortable. You will be pleased with the value. Every hotel should be as nice and friendly. The staff gave excellent dining suggestions and knew about nice events and attractions nearby. This was not a problem for me, but the pool was not in working order, so check on that beforehand if you are bringing children.

I’ve been to sleep inn properties before but this one was the worst. The room smelled and the service at the front desk was not friendly. Also the deposit is crazy for a 2 star property. We stayed at the Marriott prior to this property with a deposit of $20 per night. Also stayed at Henderson in Destin with a deposit of $100 per night and this is a 5 star property. Why am I paying a $100 deposit for a 2 star property is insane. The shower pressure terrible, pillows stained and breakfast not edible. Overal will not be back

I did not like having to pay an extra deposit on top of my reservation. I now have to wait 3 business days to get my deposit back, I will not stay there anymore for that reason.

It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life, the cleanliness is terrible, the service is horrible, the treatment is very bad, the breakfast is very poor and unorganized, I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

Roaches and cheap management!

We were going to arrive early so I kept calling the hotel to see if I could check in 2 hours early, I called so many times over 3 hours and no one would answer the phone. I called choice hotels and they tried calling the hotel and the general manager, no answer. We got there and they would not let us check in early unless we paid an additional $25. I said this is rediculous and left. Came back at 4pm to check in. The room was OK, nothing spectacular or out of ordinary for a low rated hotel. The next morning we saw the German roaches. We left without saying anything to the front desk staff, was already not happy with them. Won't stay there again. I've worked in the hotel industry at multiple locations and never had/gave an issue with someone checking in slightly earlier. CHEAP MANAGEMENT! Get your phone lines addressed and pest control in check!

Refrigerator did not work. Pool was green. Hallways smelled bad. Asked for an extra blanket and they gave us a sheet because they didn’t have any. Asked for new towels and gave us hand towels because they said all their bath towels were dirty. Charged me $100 deposit fee for absolutely no reason when the room was spotless when we left.. only slept there, was out and about all day and night. Can’t get a hold of anybody at the hotel to get my deposit refund. Will never stay here again.

My stay consisted of 2 kids and 2 adults. The room wasnt that big but it was big enough. The only problem we had was the water pressure was low in the shower, the sheets on the King size bed appeared to be dirty and the pool had no pool towels.

Room was clean, pool was nice. Breakfast was mediocre bc of selection and quality of food. I probably will not be staying at another Sleep Inn due to having roaches in the room and bathroom. I also was having problems with the toilet flushing properly. Staff had to come fix it twice.
