Totally enjoyed our stay! Started with the friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were warm and inviting. This trip was for a family get together and we didn’t have to concern ourselves with the lodging at all. We will not only stay at Worldmark Clearlake but we plan to loom up other locations to visit on the future. Thank you for making everything easy!

The hot tub was wonderful! Kids enjoyed the pool and arcade. We had a very pleasant time, I recommend worldmark especially for families.

I was called 4 hours away from arriving while driving to be told my confirmed room (2 bedrooms) was not available and I was being given a 1 bedroom and a studio to which I agreed. An hour later global operations calls to tell me I'm getting the one bedroom no studio.

Used to go every year for my birthday, but will never go back! First they said they didn’t have our reservation, we showed them the confirmation letter. Then the lady at the desk was making rude remarks to us. After that finally got settled we went fishing and come to find out lady at the desk called inland fisheries on us. I don’t understand why they would do that to us. Even though she was being rude, we were not. My friend that was with us thinks it may have been a racial issue, but I don’t honestly know what their issue was. All I know it was a great place but now we will have to break tradition and go somewhere else.

The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub while there. Both the hot tub and pool were heated just right, and it did not smell like a lot of chemicals.

Wonderful high end feeling at Worldmark in Nice,Ca

The room was almost like an apartment. It was very roomy well equipped kitchen. Everything I needed toiletry wise for a shower very clean. The pillows were wonderful. I ordered a set on Amazon so when I get home from my trip, I will have a set. I slept like a log all three nights I was there. The location is wonderful such a neat little town on clearlake unfortunately it was the last hurrah of the Midge flies..

Room was great but they did not vacuum. There were old sunflower seeds all over the floor. Pool was closed due to an issue which was a bummer. Great staff though.
