Nice clean hotel with kitchen and balcony a couple of blocks from Promenade des Anglais. Not city center but close to buses and trams that take you to where you want to go. Two stops from Jean Medecin, easy access to Nice -Ville train station and airport. Great restaurants and groceries in the area. Would definitely recommend

Great place to stay in Nice around a 30 mins walk to the old town. Shops, cafes and bars are closer along a few main roads from the hotel. Lots of choice! Room nice and clean, basic but everything needed for a weeks stay and air con was much needed! Bonus balcony and basic kitchen cleaning products. Reception team friendly and speak good English and very helpful. Would stay here again.

Very nice apartment hotel in an amazing location within walking distance to everything you need in the city. Apartments are a bit small but super functional, very comfortable beds and kitchen has everything you need for light meals.

This was an impressive simple aparthotel. Clean. Well managed with enough basic supplies in the kitchen to be comfortable. Elevators that worked. Easy walk to the beach or the tram. I was lucky enough to have a balcony. What a treat. I would stay again.

Here’s a review you could use: We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Residhome Nice Promenade and would happily stay again. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the beach, restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore Nice and the surrounding areas. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was particularly useful, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after busy days sightseeing.
