Not clean, not appropriate for a family
My wife didn't end up staying because it was a grubby apartment and they were told to lock themselves in and she didn't feel safe with our children. I had to book a hotel in Nice for them to stay in.
The apartment was hot and smelly, the ac didn't work, the sheets on the beds looked used, no bath mat, dirty surfaces and not a very nice area.

Elena was so helpful and made it a very nice weekend for us! Everything was clean and we were in a great location! It was nice being close to the Supermarket and a 15 minute walk to the beach

Appartement très cosy et très bien situé, excellent accueil
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Eléna, l'appartement est très propre, les chambres spacieuses. Il est très bien situé, nous avons pu nous déplacer à pied ou prendre le train (à 5') pour nous rendre à Monaco, Antibes...sans avoir à nous soucier de la voiture. Le parking couvert dans l'avenue permet aussi de laisser le véhicule à la semaine en sécurité et tout proche de l'appartement.
Eléna a eu la délicatesse d'équiper le logement de gros ventilateurs (1 par chambre) car il a fait très chaud. Une climatisation a un peu manqué mais les températures ont été anormalement hautes cet été. La rue est bruyante et comme ce n'est pas du double vitrage, il vaut mieux prévoir les boules quiès. Le tout est compensé par une excellente literie et des couettes moelleuses. Je recommande !
