Spacious south facing villa securely enclosed with 180 degree beautiful views over the Mediterranean and the Esterel mountains. Situated in a peaceful securely enclosed site within easy walking distance of the beautiful Medieval Village of Tourrettes sur Loup.

Villa Serenity has the best in indoor and outdoor living providing uninterrupted views to Cap d’Antibes. The large open plan living/dining all share the stunning views to the sea and overlook the pool area which can be lit at night, the living area is equipped with flat screen TV broadcasting all UK TV channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The adjoining kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, oven, hob , steam oven, fridge freezer, toaster,kettle and Nespresso coffee machine also opens onto the large outdoor undercover terrace. The large terrace provides much respite from the summer sun, the area is equipped with a large dining table seating upto 10 people, a large wine fridge, gas and separate charcoal BBQ.

Also located on the ground floor is a large double bedroom 160 x 200, with en suite shower room and toilet, with a Juliette balcony overlooking the pool and enjoys views down to Cap d’Antibes.
The other three bedrooms are all located on the 1st floor all south facing with extensive views, the master bedroom (UK King 150 X 200) has a large terrace with uninterrupted views a large bathroom with full size bath, separate shower, toilet and bidet with his and hers sinks. The Master bedroom also contains a small cabin room with a small double suitable for children only but can also be closed off from the Master.

The 3rd double (140 X 200) bedroom also has 2 Juliette balconies, beautiful Sea Views over the surrounding Countryside, separate shower room and separate toilet.
The 4th double (140 X 200) also has it’s own private terrace, with separate shower room and toilet.


The basement contains a laundry room with washing machine and an extra American Style fridge freezer.

Outdoors we have the large outdoor terrace as mentioned previously and is the ideal spot to enjoy long leisurely lunches with a chilled glass of Provence Rose or to sit in the evening enjoying the breeze and watching the lights over the coast. The house is surrounded by many small terraces with views everywhere you look. The pool terrace has a number of sunbeds and parasols for sunbathing. The pool area has an outdoor shower.

The salinated (non chlorine) 10 metres X 5 metres pool is situated at the front of the house and can be heated out of season (at an extra cost), the pool can be illuminated at night and is secured by a pool fence and gates

Local Area

Villa Serenity is located in a desirable and peaceful area within easy walking distance of the beautiful village of Tourrettes sur Loup. The Village also known as “The City of Violettes” dating back to the 11th century and has grown Violets in the area for many centuries. The delicate flowers are used in the perfume factories of Grasse and more recently used in the local speciality of Violet Ice cream available locally in the village.
The village has all the required necessities, cafes, wine bar, grocers, butcher, bakeries and numerous restaurants including a Michelin star restaurant.

The Villa is located within easy reach of a number of popular tourist destinations as well as within 30 minutes from Nice Airport. The sea and beaches are only a short drive away as are the stunning Saint Paul de Vence, Nice, glamorous Cannes and Antibes, Monaco and even the beautiful Italian riviera.
