You are required to use a kiosk to check in to the property. I paid Expedia and had a receipt but the kiosk was demanding I pay again. I had to wait over an hour for reception to open and sort the issue out. Breakfast was good and location to bus was great.

Lorsque je suis arrivĂ© vers 18 H il n'y avait personne a la rĂ©ception. Quand j'ai eu un interlocuteur, et que je lui ai demandĂ© ou il y avait un restaurant, il m'a rĂ©pondu qu'il en avait un pas loin mis qu'il ne me le conseillait pas sans me dire pourquoi. J'y suis allĂ© quand mĂȘme et il s'est avĂ©rĂ© vraiment bien. Il s'agissait de la chaine "la boucherie". Je regrette l'approche du personnel de l'hĂŽtel.

Déception prix trop élevé

hÎtel trÚs sommaire, chambre petite sans confort, mal isolée, bruits extérieurs et de couloirs, pas de volets, le jour entre tÎt dans la chambre. Nous avions déjà séjourné une fois dans un BB HÎtel à Lyon, l'isolation était beaucoup mieux, l'accueil également. De plus il y avait boulloire et sachets thé ou café+1 bouteille d'eau et nous avions payé beaucoup mois cher. Prix beaucoup trop cher pour prestations inexistantes. Accueil fermé, borne accÚs.
