Feel right at home in Niagara Falls! Beautifully updated 3 bedroom Victorian home located on a quiet street which allows you some rest and relaxation- while still being a short distance to The Falls, Clifton Hill, casinos, shopping, and many restaurants! We are child friendly and have a private backyard as well as a short walk to a great park for family fun outdoor activities and picnics

Please note this home is a duplex with a private entrance.
**The other unit is used by the home owners. You will still have private access to the backyard and parking during your stay.
There are no common spaces indoors; the units are completely separate including entry.
* Please note you must use the front or side door to access the backyard. It does not have direct access to the bsckyard
You will have access to the main floor entrance, second floor where the bedrooms, bathroom, eat in kitchen are located, the loft living room, as well as the backyard with deck, barbecue and plenty of parking. Although our home has historic charm you will find all the comforts of a modern home including internet, TV, A/C, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker, tea kettle, ice maker and much more.
Guest interaction
Guest will have access to the house at anytime in the day via a lockbox. Although I will not personally meet with them I am just a phone call, text or email away. Living locally in Niagara Falls I am available for any additional information requests about the area as well as if you needed someone to come to the house for help of any kind.

You are a scenic 15 minute walk to the main attractions in Niagara Falls as well as a 10 minute walk to the Niagara Parkway to enjoy the views or go for a great morning run. We respect your privacy and will therefore have minimal interactions, however will be available via phone or email if you have any questions during your stay.
Getting around
You will find it very easy to get wherever you need via walking to all the Niagara Falls tourist attractions. We provide plenty of parking if you choose to drive (please note: additional street parking is available in the spring, summer and fall only), or are just a short taxi ride to wherever you need to go. The house is also close to a via rail station as well as city transit.

Great location. Lots of stairs
This was a very nice property and fit our group of 9 easily.
What isn't easy to see is that it is 3 floors.
The first floor is the entry way.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and a small kitchen.
The 3rd floor is a the family room with a tv, couch/bed and folding table to eat at. This floor is also harder to get to due to lower ceiling.
The price was great and the house was very clean and easy to get to.

Family vacation
They were amazing to deal with and any issues that did arise they were very quick to adjust and fix. The walk is definitely longer than 10 minutes but not outrageous.
The house layout is a little different as you end up doing a lot of stairs. The backyard/deck was great to relax in but wish we had access to the other part of the house so we didnt have to walk all the around the house to get back in.
Overall it was a good experience, and I would reccomend the house to others

The beds were very comfortable. The owner provided a book with suggestions for food and some entertainment it was very helpful. We I reached out to her she responded quickly.

I was very desapointed for many reasons: The background was not what was showed in the listing
The kitchen was very small, we did not feel secure as there is a door locked and we did not know who has access to it. The house hosted 2 families, which we did not know. It was an old house with a front door very used . In the instructions book it says there are 2 bbqs (1 per family) and a patio with a gazebo showed on the website. It was
Just 1 bbq and no gazebo but the structure

Lovely home
We loved this house. Beds are very comfortable and plush. The woodwork on the banister is gorgeous. Everything is very clean and they did a great job blending new with the beauty and soul of an older home. The layout is unusual with the living area upstairs... which we really liked. It is conveniently located and the host had everything as described and in perfect order. Highly recommend.
