Unfortunately, my night at the hotel was not very good. I tried to sleep, but there were strange noises throughout the night that made it difficult to rest. There was just too much going on and not enough peace and quiet for a proper night’s sleep.

Great location. Close enough to all the fun, but out of the way enough to be quiet, and easy to get in and out. The property is old, and so are the rooms. It's all in decent condition, but has not been updated in many years.

Whenever I come by the falls and plan to stay, I always Stay at this location. It's a great price, at the water and minutes away from the centre of it all! I recommend saying here if you're just looking to for a place sleep after a busy day running around and doing all the things! Slightly outdated (probably original) but clean and the staff are always welcoming and helpful!

Only the view from the balcony and the brafast downstairs was good, but the first day we checked in , I did a spot check of my hotel room , there where cracks on the side of the walls , there was dust on the shelfs , there was no heat in the hotel at night and niagara fall was cold both nights , and they still did not return my 100 dollar deposit back , I was disappointed in the stay
