1.It was walking distance to the falls. 2. Room rug was smelling and shower water took 20-35mintues to get warm, after I called front desk that was their answer and it was true. 3. They charge for parking in the hotel lot very unacceptable especially without security. It should be free. 4. Elevator very outdated horrible. 4. We weren’t able to use the indoor pool due to the water being dirty,unacceptable. I should get a refund or voucher for future hotel with Expedia booking.

Upon entering check-in wasn’t a long wait, walking to the elevator that is weird disgusting and dirty start. Carpet was filthy like it was never washed in years with dirt stain everywhere.. as we enter the room there’s a dog pee smells, filthy, washroom smells old and light wasn’t working. Phone wasn’t working. Carpet is ripped. I stayed in room 419.,bed closer to the washroom, sunk right down halfway the ground as the mattress was damaged. Tried to call reception is when I realize the phone doesn’t work. I went downstairs make a complain. No one came went back for a second time report the situation of the light and phone. Finally, someone came and changed the wire on the phone.. the light they said they can’t do nothing about it. If I want lights in the washroom. I will have to take a lamp from the living room, which we did. We took the floor lamp in the washroom. We ask to change room and was told they are booked, my reservation was made days in advance. we had one coffee cup and two plastic glasses , in our room for a total of two adult and three little ones. I called reception for couple more paper cup for our coffee. I spent two days and 20 minutes before I departure the hotel is when the cups came after making over 10 calls and visits to front desk. Ans someone will come soon and bring it. I booked pay at property, I got a notification of $447 billed without my permission, should be $100 deposit only, when I went down to the desk suddenly all these fee was adding

Front desk Deksha needs to be retrained! Booked 2 days celebrating 40th birthday with family. Upon check out, i have inquired why my billing receipt is different than the $ ones showing on my credit card. She asked me if i have consumed the water bottle(s) in the room and I said no i did not as we have brought a case of 30 bottles on our own- deksha replied "really- are you sure?" Unprofessional! That statement alone is implying that i lied to her. Thats disgusting and insulting! Manager has to look into this as the way she responds to valued customers does not reflect on the Hotels values. My expectations for this hotel is not what we have received. Valued clients deserve better while taking these holidays!

The bed mattress was ripped on one side with foam hanging out, appeared to be mud stained foot prints on the white bed cover, people were eating chips in the pool so when we went to swim there were chips literally floating in the pool. When we told the front desk she said she knew and they would “try” to have it cleaned for tomorrow. The pool ladder is broken, when coming in/out it just dangles with no support. I have stayed in other Ramada hotels and not encountered this type of experience and would not return to this establishment.

Celebrating my 50th bday! Booked a King room with city view- front desk Deksha gave me a different room saying there's no room available and booking depends on the room availability. Every time she responds to my question why i can't get the room i booked- she ends with "do you understand!" Thats humiliating,degrading,embarassing - i paid for the room and should be given the right one. She has to be re-trained and refrain saying "do you undersand" to yout valued clients

Its a very old building and i don't think much renovations have been done. First when we got to our room it smelled so much of cigarette smoke and we immediately went downstairs and the staff was kind enough to change the room for us. The bed was well made but the room didn't look or feel clean. The bathroom had a tub and it was stained and didn't look good at all. Some amenities were provided but a fridge was only available at an additional cost and overnight parking charge seemed pretty high for guests staying at the hotel. I wouldn't stay here again.
