I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from person name April at the front desk during my recent stay. When I approached her to request some toiletries, she seemed uninterested and asked unnecessary questions. Despite my polite request, she questioned our entitlement to the toiletries and asked about our length of stay. Her demeanor came across as unfriendly and unhelpful.
As a paying guest, I expect a certain level of service and courtesy. Unfortunately, April's behavior fell short of my expectations. I hope the management will address this issue and provide better training to the staff to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.
