Overpriced not clean no hand soap had to ask for toilet paper. Staff not friendly .Battub drain wad plugged .For the price of this hotel could of had a microwave and fridge. Elevator didn't stop on floor 4 or 5. Parking with tax almost 30 dollars a night and you dont have no security. Will not be back or recommend you to anyone .In fact i will be posting your hotel's address to let people know what a rip off you guys are . I got suckered dont mean anyone else has to .

I got overcharged $25.14 compared to the Expedia price. I complained about this and the staff was very rude to me. I will never book this hotel again.! I hope Expedia will handle my refund for the overpayment because when I book with Expedia, I will pay only what the deal is!

Title: Worst Hotel Experience – Wyndham Niagara Falls I stayed at the Wyndham Niagara Falls with my family for two nights, and it was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. 1. The room carpet was extremely old, filthy, and had a persistent bad odor. 2. The AC unit was so loud and outdated (felt like it was from the 1960s) that we could barely sleep. Water leaked from the room above us all night. We changed rooms, but the second one was even worse — the AC filters were completely blocked and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in years. 3. The console lamp and toilet sink were broken. 4. The telephone had no buttons to dial. 5. The smell in the reception area and hallways was unbearable — like dirty diapers at all times. 6. The ice machine was out of order. 7. The pool was far smaller than the photos online suggested, and the overwhelming chlorine smell made it unusable. 8. The furniture and beds were extremely old, scratched, and the bed frame made loud noises with the slightest movement. 9. BTW there is no mini fridge or water boiler in rooms. Overall, this was an appalling experience. I honestly don’t understand how this property is still listed on Expedia or allowed to operate under the Wyndham Ramada name. It’s misleading, unsanitary, and unacceptable.

Hotel correct mais un peu défraîchi

Le sejour c’est bien passé. Les surprises ont ete surtout à la facturation. Nous sommes une famillen de 5 et nous avons du payé un extra 10$ (quand la fiche indiquait que la chambre loge 5 personnes) et nous avons eu 25$ de chargé pour le stationnement?? Et une charge pour une bouteille d’eau non consommée/utilisée. Tres proche des chutes. A 15min à pieds de toutes les activités. Piscine sur place ansi qu’une arcade.

The hotel condition was not what I expected from a big chain. Like many other recent reviews the hotel is rundown. Carpets old and dirty, tub has stains, mix match of lamp shades. Parking is on the expensive side when neighbouring lots charge $10 less (didn’t know until we walked around the area). For the room rate charged, not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is so so terrible. My wife is pregnant and very uncomfortable. She has been locked outside for the past 30mins, no one to attend to the locked door. Only one single staff at the front desk attending to everyone. This is really a bad experience... I need to use the pool, I still never have the access to my room due to thier door error, and they're saying the pool will close by 10pm, where I'm still locked outside, with my belongings inside the room. No one is attending to me rn. So so awkward

Room was outdated, dirty, plaster on the wall, wall in bathroom was bowed in- could put your foot thru it as possible water damage, black mold along windows, no fridge, no microwave, mattress stained. Had to leave day earlier than planned. I’ve stayed at way cheaper rates low cost motels that were cleaner than these. And at a main tourist destination. Guarantee was the first and last time I would go there.

It was all good. Except that I expected to have extra linens for the sofa bed for my 16 year old to sleep on, so I didn t have to take half of the bed’s to put on it.
