On March 10th when I arrived at 3.10 pm the staff Incharge told me right away that check in only at 4 pm. That’s alright. But when I go to other hotels they are accommodating and understanding. I think you don’t have the proper friendly and understanding staff. They are only interested in doing their personal affairs with their smart phones. This manner is not good for the hotel. Next time I need to find another hotel that is friendly and understanding

unexpected 20 dollar parking and they Cleary had enough parking available for free parking, cash gimmick. Room was a bit run down and not the cleanest, but overall a good stay, price was more than reasonable and location to Fallsview was only a short block away.

The staff are very nice. But the room is extremely dated and not the cleanest. The pillow cases we had were clean, but the pillows underneath them looked like they had dried blood on the actual pillow itself which is just unsanitary and off-putting. The duvet that we had had ink blots or markings on it, as well as some yellow stains. If there's a duvet cover over it, okay, but there wasn't and it was just flipped the other way around. There was a LOT of water on top of the AC unit which just looked unsafe and there was some gross rust and grim in the shower. Also (not due to hotel doings) but extremely loud guests across the hall that made sleeping at night difficult.

This property takes moneybfrom your card even though it says to pay when you arrive... no where in the app does it say they have authorization to do so.... they are rude... dont want to help in anyway... now i have to call manager to get legal team info.... and also have to call expedia as the hotel is blaming expedia for not putting correct info on app to match website. Very frustrating....will not stay here again and i do not recommend anyone to stay here

Very disappointed

Lights not working in room. Can’t shower the water is cold the sink leaks and drips on floor room smells musty. Lost 20.00 because the games don’t work and hotel staff at the front desk thought it was funny and laughed at us. Made reservations for 3 adults 2 kids and only 2 towels provided had to bring 3 towels back from the pool. Also the elevator is not working right you push the button for your floor number and it stops at random floors instead of the floor you want. Staff is Extremely rude. Will definitely not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was dirty and had a bad smell throughout the hallways. Our room had carpet spots ripped up, hair shavings on the sink, a broken and taped tv, and writing on the wall. We will not be staying here again.

The check in process was smooth and uneventful. Our room was clean and the heater worked perfectly, as the temperature was well below zero. The washroom fan made so much noise, it was shocking. A technician was sent to investigate the issue but, obviously it was never fixed as the loud noise persisted. On the flipside, the ice machine on our floor did not work. Housekeeping cleaned our room and made the bed as normal, however, the towels were not replaced. My wife went to the front desk to report that there were no towels in the room and was told, "we will have someone take the towels to your room right away". Three hours later, after we returned from our outdoor activities, there were still no towels in our room. We saw one of the Housekeeping ladies and asked her for some towels, but she said that she doesn't have towels but will get someone to bring them to our room. That process took almost another hour. Then finally, after we checked out, my credit card was charged an additional $7 , which i was told was for the two bottles of water, that we drank, that were on the table in our room. Apparently, there was a note next ro the bottles, stating that they were $3.50 each. I guess a bottle of water is no longer complimentary when staying in a hotel. We visit Niagara on a regular basis and will not be staying at this hotel, ever again.

The check in and check our was fast and easy. The location of the hotel is good. Carpet need bit cleaning or to be remove. Hotel is bot deteriorating. Water condensación. Try to us the pool with my kids. The water was to cold.

Carpets were ripped in places bathroom and spa tub was dirty, blocked it so your not allowed to hook up your devices to tv to watch shows, talks about a arcade in the basement half if not more of the machines are broken. Would not stay here again
