Room was fine. Staff pleasant. Nothing stands out as being excellent except the location. The hotel is in a gorgeous spot overlooking the Niagara river. However the ambience of the hotel looks like it should be at a random exit off the interstate. It doesn’t match the quaint, homey vibe of Lewiston. Decor is worthy of a RedRoof Inn. Disappointing.

The room was ok, it was nice having the fire place. The bed was hard and squeaked. And the parking was poor. There were only 6 spots next to the hotel, otherwise you parked across the street or down in a lower area parking lot.

The room was clean and the front desk staff were amazing. As a family traveling with a dog, we appreciate their $25 pet fee and the staff were very kind to our goofy 65 pound mutt. The lobby was welcoming and check in was quick and easy. Like other's noted, parking is mildly inconvenient, as it is across the street. We stayed in jetted tub king on the main floor. The room itself was clean, but lots of small details were askew, loose tiles on the bathroom floor, mildew caulk on the tub surround, the mini split alcove was unfinished and also appeared to have mold or mildew. The "stucco" finish on the walls showed multiple signs of leaks and water damage from the floors above. We stayed off season, so the place was quiet.
