It was very clean. Breakfasts were nice too. The only thing was that we paid for a suite because we had 5 people and the kitchenette was lacking simple supplies like soap or a towel or even some plastic/paper cups. The lighting was also inadequate…could use another floor lamp. We would still return.

I never actually stayed at this property, and my experience trying to cancel was extremely disappointing. Due to an unexpected change in plans, I contacted both Expedia and the hotel well in advance to request any form of accommodation — a refund, a date change, or even a credit. Despite the circumstances, the hotel refused every option and insisted on strictly enforcing their non-refundable policy with zero flexibility. Because of how rigidly this was handled, I will not be booking here again and would caution others to be aware of the hotel’s unwillingness to work with guests, even in legitimate situations.

The hotel is right on great location near both Niagra and Niagara on the lake. The room is well equiped, clean, and warm (in winter). The staff was courteous and helpful. I had happy stay for three days.
