The starbucks did not have all the usual options we get at any other startbucks. We were surprised but other then that the stay was nice.

I was locked out of my room due to a fault with the key card system (25min) which caused me to miss my pre-booked shuttle to a connecting coach. I asked if the hotel could cover the Uber fare ($21CAN) so I could get to my coach. The manager was dismissive and accusatory; 'stuff' happens and I that I should have planned better. Not a great experience.
