We were in town for our daughters 18th birthday. Given the location, we were elated to find a hotel with such amenities! We were disappointed immediately upon check-in when we realized 2 youth hockey teams were staying on site. The hotel was over run by kids less than 12yo and parents treating the public spaces like a frat house. When we got to our room, it was not the cleanest, there were someones old socks next to the couch and the shower had not been cleaned. I did text that there were issues and sent pics of what they were. They offered to send someone up to clean our room, but we had already unpacked and the kids were settling in. We were also offered two other rooms as they did not have another that would accommodate the 5 of us, but we were there for a family trip. The beds were clean, but several things in the space were in need of repair. We did have to call for more toilet paper later in the evening, as we had used the only roll and weren't supplied with another roll. We never used the pool or hot tub because it was questionable with 50 unsupervised kids using the space. And we couldn't ride in the elevator without having to stop on every floor, almost every time. My husband and I did stop in the bar early for a cocktail before going to dinner with our children (ages 19,18 and 15). The bartender was kind and talkative, we did order an appetizer that was decent. Check out was slow, but ok. I would call to verify team sports staying on site if we ever return.

We booked 3 rooms at the same rate. Drink tickets were only offered to one of the guests which was odd. When I approached the front desk about it I was met with rudeness. No explanation or compensation was offered.

The property was nice, great view of the Lake. The bed made both of us stiff and sour. The shower was pretty dirty, grout joints had a lot of mildew. The sink was not very clean. We stayed 2 days and when the staff tidied up the room after the first night there was no cleaning. Nope
