Great for visiting the falls

Very nice hotel in a good area. Front desk lady was a little rude and not friendly. Room had some flaws (carpet coming up at a corner, bathroom wall peeling) but all in all for the price was perfect for us. Very clean shower and bed.

The hotel was very clean. There was an issue with the key cards, but the staff was great about letting us into our room when we needed to be. They were just as happy as we were once the key card system was back up and running. The staff at breakfast was very helpful and made sure that everything was well-stocked. My only complaint was that noise traveled easily between rooms, and especially between floors.

Rooms where clean, it seems like the thermostat in the room is set at a certain temperature because we could adjust the thermostat to our liking. Breakfast items were not replenished in a timely fashion to optimize choices. The front desk attendants were not dressed professionally. Rooms were too expensive for the lack luster service.

Very clean rooms, plenty of hot water and water pressure, pleasant staff, good breakfast. Only negative you had to go through the pool area to access the outdoor patio and it was very slippery traveling through the Pool area.

The help was amazing & so helpful. Our room was clean & spacious. My only complaint. We've stayed here at this hotel once before as well as a lot of the many others through the years. The complimentary breakfast was very good. We stayed there 3 days & each day we ended up with stomach aches & trust me we'll eat almost anything. If you ignore that rest of the stay was great. Like I said this was our 2nd stay. I see us staying here again.
