The room was just like the photo on Expedia with a view of the beach. It had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean. There was a very good laundry just 1 block away and lots of different restaurants in the area. The beach, Long Son pagoda, Nha Trang cathedral and the Po Nagar Cham towers are all within a reasonable walking distance. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of variety and choices.

This is a beautiful hotel in the central area and walkable to the beach and close to centre. Nice friendly staff and breakfast buffet is amazing. Very clean property.

Pro: The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Cons: We had to request a bar of soap for use by the sink. Another guest asked us if our room had soap so obviously it wasn’t just an oversight for our room. We had to call down for toilet tissue twice. They finally left a second roll for us. Dirty cups and glasses were not replaced. A replaced cup left an orange ring on the saucer. The inside of the bathroom door was dusty.

A very pleasant stay

Positives: Room was large and light Comfortable beds Good hot shower Daily cleaning with water bottle replacement, as well as tea and coffee We had the deluxe twin room with city view on 12th floor which also had partial sea view, which was nice Gym and rooftop pool access 2 minute walk to the beach Plenty of restaurants in local vicinity The staff are friendly and welcoming Breakfast was superb, genuinely looked forward to it every day! Negatives: All windows really needed a clean, our city view was through a very dirty window, same around the pool. I saw other hotels had window cleaners, maybe they could do it a few times a year at this hotel... The pool area could have been designed better. It is in the shade the whole day, so you're not able to sun bathe which is a shame. Also could have had a better area for watching the sun set from the pool too. The gym was not the best equipped, but good enough to get a simple workout done. However, it was not cleaned well enough. The treadmills were clearly covered in old sweat which is super gross, and super easy to fix with a wipe down. Small issue, but they charge you for two 500ml waters that were in the room on arrival, a bit sly in my opinion and just an unnecessary charge that left a sour taste on checkout. Overall, I would stay again.

호텔 소개란에 공항에서 호텔까지 자동차로 약 6분 거리라고 표기되어 있지만 실제로는 약 40분 정도 걸립니다. 호텔 옥상에 크지는 않지만 작은 수영장이 있어서 시간내어 수영하기에도 좋습니다. 나트랑 야시장과 거리가 가깝지만 야시장은 워낙 규모가 작아서 크게 기대하지 마세요 나트랑에서 유명한 서울이발관도 도보로 15분 정도로 걸어갈 수 있었으며 해변은 도보 5분 거리에 있습니다. 청소 상태 양호하고 욕실에는 1 회용 치약,치솔, 빗 그리고 샴프 등 모두 비치되어 있으며 가끔 외부에서 다소 소음이 들리지만 아주 불편한 정도는 아니고 아침 식사는 쌀국수와 김밥, 쌀죽과 스프, 다양한 빵 종류, 후식용 과일 그리고, 야채 샐러드 등 충분히 먹을수 있을 정도로 가성비가 아주 좋습니다. 참고하시기 바랍니다.

Un très grand merci au gérant de l’établissement, monsieur THI pour son accueil chaleureux, ces sourires mais surtout pour son côté humain. Mon conjoint avait de la grippe, il toussait. Monsieur Thi avait entendu et nous posait des questions sur sa grippe. Il nous a envoyé un gros théière de citron et gingembre pour la gorge. Mille merci aussi à Monsieur HUY et son équipe dans la salle à manger. Super aimable, accueillants, une patience d’or pour les clients pend Le déjeuner. Un Gros hôtel qui mérite un ****** (6) étoiles ( s’il cela existe) . Merci à tout le personnel pour tous

Super choice in Nha Trang

Nice property in great condition (like new) with super breakfast buffet and VERY helpful staff. Location was also good; close to the beach and shopping, food and massage options

Disappointing treatment

Good location, nice breakfast. What is disappointing is the add on day, and the way treated. Went out of room to come back and key was disactivated no access to room, situation corrected. When I checked out early, they were giving me run around about a missing laundry bag, completely ridiculous, and going on about..finally told them to check top shelf of closet, found 1 laundry bag! Sorry she is short! It s pretty ridiculous..
