Bad service

We contacted our host in advance to make sure there was someone to meet us when we wanted to check in but we still ended up waiting for them in the lobby for almost 2 hours. The room was okay but there were ants in the kitchen as well as a disgusting smell from the sink. One of the beds had a damaged matress. We were given the phone number for our host to be able to recieve help but some of our questions were ignored. We also messaged our host to help fix a fault with the TV and she told us a time she could come and fix it. We ended up waiting for 45 minuters before we got a message saying she could not make it because she was drunk.
