You'll have access to the bottom flat of the home which is self contained and separate from the top floor.
Chenies, like a lot of properties with stunning views, is situated at the top of a hill, a steep shared driveway. Limited parking.

Off-street parking.
There is a private walkway access that leads down the hill to the Estuary, though please note this is a rough path; please use at your own risk.
A short drive to the estuary, to all your local conveniences and just 10 minutes drive from some of the best beaches that Northland has to offer, this is a Bach to make your base while you explore the coast.

Directions and key location for the property you have booked will be provided to you within 7 days prior to your arrival.

After your departure the Holiday Manager will inspect the property to make sure it was left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition, and that there was no damage to any items or the property itself.

Please ensure your rubbish and recycling removal is not including with your departure clean. We do ask that dishes are cleaned and put away and that if there is a bbq, that it was left clean, as these items are not included in any cleaning fee you may have paid. Once the property has been inspected and we were happy with how it was found then any bond will be refunded after your departure date. If anything needs to be deducted from your bond we will let you know accordingly.
