Tidy place but not a house

Really nice property that is being renovated nicely. Large open plan lounge/kitchen area with everything that you need for a nice relaxing stay. The only disappointing aspect for us was that as a family, we specifically wanted a house that was our own property space and this place came up on those searches but was actually an upstairs section of a house that had people living below us.... This wasnt an issue at all but its not mentioned on the advert at all and so was a bit misleading. Only recommendation here would be to advertise that clearly.

Cozy stay!

We stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful home and only wished we could have extended our stay! It was well equipped, warm and homely! Will definitely be back to stay for longer.

Centrally located; excellent short stay

We stayed here last 2 of 3 nites in Rotorua after leaving the first Bookabach after 1 nite. Great comms with owner; easy check in. Very centrally located to activities in Rotorua. Fully equipped kitchen. Only drawback was lack of instructions for induction stovetop. But we finally figured it out on second nite (google to the rescue). Comfy beds and good to have A/C. Would recommend.

Awesome Family Home

Me and my family really enjoyed staying in this lovely house. Great rooms, spacious, had everything we needed, nice and clean and tidy. Great location, a bit out of the main city but only minutes away to get anywhere. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
