The hotel keep up the spirit and Western style mixed with Asian hospitality. We visited first time in 2008 and its still very good! Breakfast is good for both Westerners and Asians. Good restaurants and bar!

2泊お世話になりました。着いたとたん、○○さんですね、と到着を待ってくれてました。ハイフォンは都会なので、リゾート感のあるホテルはあまりないかと思います。ここもビジネス客がたくさん来るところですが、私達観光客にも非常に優しく丁寧に受け入れてくれた気がします。屋外プールも小柄ながらありました。日本人ビジネスマンが多数来るところみたいです。 レセプションではハロン湾クルーズの相談や、ハノイへの移動の相談にも時間を惜しむことなく対応して頂き助かりました。英語のリスニングの苦手な私達にも丁寧に説明をしてもらったと思います。 紹介されたハロン湾ツアーも非常にいいガイドさん付きだったし、ハノイまでのタクシーも固定金額での予約だったのでドライバーとの交渉もなく楽でした。ハイフォンでは有名なタクシー会社でリムジンではないけど、充分いいトヨタ車でした。 なかなかハイフォンに行く機会はないけど、また泊まりたいホテルです。ありがとうございました。

Cosy hotel that appeals to all

Warm welcome upon arrival at the hotel with personalized welcome note being placed in the room. Wifi is stable with remarkable speed. Rooms are spacious and Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast starts early with a wide variety of choices. This is a booking for 4 rooms with the request for queen beds however only 2 rooms were provided with queen beds with the other 2 being twin beds. Option was offered to combine the twin beds but practically not viable or logical. That would be the only lacking in the stay for this hotel.

베트남이 두 번째인데, 고풍스런 느낌의 오래된 고성같은 리조트의 느낌이네요. 호텔 전반의 서비스 및 프런트도 친절했고 좋았습니다. 대신 좀 오래 되어서 화장실등의 시설 개선은 필요할 듯합니다. 100점 만점에 95점이요
