Great location, clean room, kitchen has the basic (you don't want to cook trick recipes), has some wear an tear, but it is expected. Everything works great. Easy access to the buidling and to the studio. The gym is small (you can deal with it in the short term). Highly recommended for it's cost. I'll be back.

Good location, close to amenities, metro and shopping. Fantastic customer service always available on WhatsApp and very helpful. They're well organized. I ran into a few issues during the week I was there but they were friendly and helped resolve everything. 4-star because road noises are loud day and night even with all windows closed, mattresses aren't comfortable and the rooms/furniture/appliances/equipment should all be updated for a 5-star review.

Great location , trendy and safe . Which is everything if you don’t know Sao paolo. New building and up to date clean rooms. Great value!! You have to check your self in through a link end send pics through the link. Make sure you don’t have an issue doing these things .

The apartment was beautiful and perfect for my needs. I arrived very early in the morning to Sao Paulo and customer service was extremely good. At 6 am they managed to arrange for me to me to check in at 7am when official check-in was 3 pm. The WhatsApp service function and extremely fast response time made any queries extremely easy to deal with.

I enjoyed my 14 day stay at Next Apt. The studio is small, but the price was great value ($31 USD) and the location is excellent. There is a restaurant next door and a convenience store with fresh baked baguettes 1 block away. The face recognition system can be quirky and communicating via Whatsapp can be tricky if you have a US cell and don't have a WIFI SIGNAL. Also the entry code for the door changed every time you have an issue with facial recognition so that can be annoying. But overall for the price, location and room it's well worth it.

The facial recognition when ENTERING never worked so I always had to called to enter. The facial recognition to EXIT worked. There were no hangers in the closet Ns they said they would provide some, but never did. The kitchen is very scarcely equipped and does not have even the bare minimum to make an appropriate breakfast. The location is great, it's quiet, and in a safe area.

Convenient but service needs Customization

And nice apartment conveniently located, but the service needs to be custom is much more than this The direct human interaction was really inconvenient. All communication was in Portuguese although they should know that tourists use these sites as well. One great inconvenience is that there is no place to store the luggage and the check out time is so strict. This translates into extra costs since we probably have to book for an extra nights just for utilizing the storage for a few hours. I really think they should find solution for this by having temporary storage facility in the building or even agreeing with the cafeteria to provide that service for a small fee.

Um dos piores apartamentos que já me hospedei. Cama extremamente baixa, local com cheiro ruim. A única mesa que tinha para trabalhar estava literalmente desmontando e precisei escora-la na parede para conseguir usar, e ainda assim com muito cuidado. A internet não funcionou direito nenhum dia da semana, e ao abrir um chamado fiquei sem reposta. As esteiras da academia não funcionam. Não recomendo em nada esse lugar.
