Beautiful wooden house on a large natural plot, only 350 metres from a beautiful sandy beach and 1.2 km from Dueodde golf course.
The heart of home life is the combined living and dining room, where you will spend many cosy hours. Here you can watch TV, listen to the radio or music, play cards and engage in conversation. The bathroom has a washing machine and comfortable underfloor heating. The house has an open-plan and well-equipped kitchen in direct connection with the living room.
Around the house there is a partially covered wooden terrace with lounge furniture. Here you can really enjoy your holiday, soak up the sun, read a good book and perhaps have a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine. The children have plenty of space to play in the grounds and will love the swings.
Only a short walk separates you from the sandy beach. The house is situated on a small forest track that is not used by cars. If you enjoy playing golf, Dueodde golf course is just 1.2 kilometres away. The area is also ideal for walking. Some of the well-known excursion destinations are the Dueodde lighthouse, the Rokkestenen, Nexø or the charming towns of Snogebæk and Svaneke.
