Cozy, well located cottage on Dueodde, which has been extended with a large, bright master bedroom, with direct access to the beautiful wooden terrace. Nice living room with exit to the open and covered south terrace with views of beautiful nature with heath and trees. Here you can spend nice barbecue evenings. The house is close to the child-friendly, fine bathing beach Dueodde, one of the best sandy beaches in Denmark. Walking distance to restaurants and kiosk. Small swimming pool 250 m. Bicycle paths to a.o. Snogebæk with stores, glassblowing and smokehouse nearby. A lovely summer house on a beautiful, quiet nature plot.
