Nearby are the popular tourist attractions of Powis Castle and Glansevern Hall gardens, both of which offer a great day out for guests. Tregynon has a village shop and the local area provides lovely walks and cycle trails, castles, mansions and gardens, a variety of outdoor pursuits, four golf courses and visits to Newtown, Welshpool, Ludlow and Shrewsbury.
