    Thought we were booking a caravan with a hot tub for our honeymoon.No hot tub. And staff that couldn't care less unless we paid almost the same again.The caravan itself unbearably, smelled of old sweat.The facilities on-site were very minimal.

    Accomodation was fantastic and welcome to the site was brilliant. Only issue we encountered was the external sewage pipes as they ran along side the cabin. From day 1 it appeared to be a problem with some sort of blokage and contractor out every morning trying to sort it out. The foul stench left behind after contractor finished was quite overwhelming, especially coming back into the main bedroom ensuite toilet. Thankfully we were out and about everyday with friends, so only had to contend with the smell during the night. Hope it is sorted for the next occupant

    Enjoyed location and facilities on site for little one. Splash park, indoor soft play (under 5years) and indoor pool. We tried to make contact prior to arriving but never got a response so we arrived not knowing if linen and towels were included (frustrating) they are (which was great) Booked unit with washing machine but no washing machine in unit and no on-site laundry facilities. If you use the pool and want a fresh towel the charge is £6 per towel. Cheaper on offer in supermarket. Towels are only replaced after 7 days. Static caravan was lovely and clean along with the complex. Staff were lovely too in all areas - reception, pool and bar. We would go again with toddler but once a little older we would look for somewhere with entertainment.
