Nice and friendly

All hotel staff were friendly. Cleanliness was maintained. Hotel & fixtures are dated and could use a facelift. Very pleasant stay and great location.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not request a handicap accessible room but was assigned one. Occuoant in room next to ours had a dog who howled and yelped for approximately 45 minutes at about 11pm, and his owner was loud and yelling at dog. Attempted to notify frint desk but no one answered phone in lobby. Our room was clean and comfortable, and complimentary breakfast was very good.

Wrong Room Hotel. Com issues

We Booked through a Third party somehow the room was incorrect , but the Young Lady at the front desk I think her name was Roshell she help us change rooms with no problem. This is the kinda Coustmer Service that keep me back to this location. Hotel was clean as as allways

Rude awakening!

We had been driving all day, and we were looking forward to a restful night and morning. At 5:30 am the alarm went on. I thought it was the phone ringing and pushed all the buttons to try to stop it. Not a thing we would like to repeat.

It was an average facility that could use some upgrades. The carpet needs repairing and the door stuck so we couldn’t get into our room without maintenance coming to open it. Compared to other facilities that we’ve stayed recently, it was just okay.
