The property was nasty. I had to walk through about 20 people drinking/smoking weed to check in. There was no AC in the lobby....a shop fan was sitting on a chair to cool the area. There was a parry in the meeting room - at 11pm, i asked rhe front desk how long the party would last ...ahe shrugged her shoulders and said, i dont know.
I did NOT feel safe at this establishment.
I was fleeing a bad situation and had to check in to a hotel in the middle of the night. It had been a long scary day and I broke the no smoking rule before I got in bed. Apparently they have new detectors in their rooms which notify staff you’re smoking in your room. Fair enough. I don’t know what I expected would happen, but it sure wasn’t what actually happened!
Rather than being warned or charged a fee, I was evicted from their property after I paid for two nights and was there only 2 hours. They pounded on my door and said to pack my bags and get out. They also told me they had called the authorities, so I better comply. I was also told as soon as I got downstairs, I had to pay them the damage fee of $250. When I told them I didn’t have any more money, they said fine, and put me on a list to never book a room for me again.
I was kicked out into the street and had to sleep in a parking lot for the night.
I understand I broke the rules, but when I read about these new detectors on the internet it said that guests should be properly warned of the consequences of breaking the rules and it should be posted. They are privately owned and there is absolutely no language anywhere on their website that says you will be evicted from your room with no warning.
Breakfast was not good, all in all stay was not horrible and would consider staying if return but the bathroom was too small and air conditioner was unable to get at right setting…the service was mediocre …the breakfast was not good…sausage not cooked enough and smelled awful…but the lady who cleaned rooms was good. The only really good thing was location was convenient to where we needed to go.
Room was good for the night. Clean, good AC, nice sized TV. Only real complaint, which isn't really something that is controllable by the property, was some of the other guests having what sounded like a convention out in the hall outside the rooms quite loudly after midnight (on a Monday). Didn't help that our room was directly across from the elevator, but again not the property's fault. Property states breakfast, and I was quite surprised to see a full hot breakfast in the morning.
Good place we had a travel hiccup and had to stay overnight in town unplanned waiting on a flight clean and comfortable they also checked us in early which was amazing as we were stuck out of state with luggage

This property was clean and fine for the night. We had these unusual tiny half pillows on the bed instead of the standard pillows. There was a HUGE gap under every bedroom. We placed a bath towel under the door when in the room to close the gap.
We stayed a week there. The staff and people we interacted with were great but the housekeeping was awful. Three days there was no towels and one day they dumped the trash but didn't make the bed. Over fourth of july weekend there were a lot of people, with the way the breakfast was layed out ( everything in the left corner) made it hard to get things like milk and butter while others were making waffles. Even trying to get the hot food was difficult. I do appreciate that they had hot chocolate available.

I would like to add that two of the staff members get an A+ from my husband and I their friendliness and efficiency and just their all around presence made our stay that much better. Nautica was at the front desk on our arrival—there was an issue with my card but she didn’t make me feel embarrassed in any way she kept smiling and working on it till problem was solved. Live that girl. The other woman I’m sorry I don’t know her name was the breakfast attendant. She was very thin and a smile that lit up the room. Don’t know her age but she had the energy of a teen She was the hardest worker I’d ever seen. She made sure everyone had everything they needed without ever asking. And she greeted everyone like they were family
