Great resort, lovely views of the harbour and bridge. Very spacious, comfortable beds and plenty of free parking. Lovely staff would stay again. Only possible negative was no standard oven and the usual lack of a kettle which coming from the UK we are used to but we were able to heat water in the microwave so did not miss out on our cuppa!

Great property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious and the few is amazing. Easy walking to shopping and dining and plenty of parking available.

The first floor building that we were in was very noisy. Exercise room was beside our living area. The loud noises from the gearbox when the elevator was moving was right beside the one bedroom. No stove. Had a small toaster oven on counter. Nice microwave oven and full size refrigerator. The rooms were clean and cleaning staff was very good. The staff offered to move us, but after a long trip, we had already unloaded the car and unpacked our clothes in the bedroom and put our kitchen supplies away and wiped things down with sanitizers and being in our middle 60’s we were not going to pack up again and load up the car and then unload again and carry our luggage’s to another building at this hotel. They need to supply scub pads and dish soap for kitchen and bath soap for showers. Had to go to Walmart for these items. I told staffing and they said that we had to ask for them. ???

Upon check in this evening it was such a pleasure having a friendly staff behind the desk to greet us. Simple check in process. Great location!!! Housekeeping does an exceptional job upkeep in condo!! Pleasant experience! Location spot on end of Thames with great restaurants walking distance. Must try Hooked Restaurant, Vieste Italian, Protective Club great libations , sports and freshly sliced meat sandwich’s!! Highly recommend this resort!!!
