The room was absolutely disgusting. Black gonk stuck on the bathroom tub, spots of blood on bedding and inside of lamp shade. The baseboards and walls are chipped and stained. The hotel didn’t have the heat on in the lobby, in the middle of a snow storm…. The heat wasn’t on in the room, it took about 2 1/2 hours before we could finally feel our toes. When asked for a new room, the gentleman at the front desk said it wasn’t necessary. The mixed reviews made us only book for a night & thank god we did because we checked out in the morning and went elsewhere!

The room was spotless, the service was amazing. The pool was great we had two TVs in the room but one of them didn't seem to work. It turned on but kept saying no signal. Besides that, everything was great I recommend..

Overall good. The front desk staff/breakfast attendant was EXCELLENT. Pool is indoors and warm. Breakfast was buffet, hot and had eggs and a protein each morning. The 8 person room truly can accommodate 8. The water in the room would only provide hot water after a while and only sometimes, don't know what that was about.

We had a suite with a very bizarre layout. Suite was clean. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Bathroom layout was cramped and minimal. At least have a couple hooks for towels and clothes! Overall, it was adequate for our needs but mediocre in general.
