Step outside onto Thames street and indulge in breathtaking views of Newport's vibrant streets. With its prime location, you'll have easy access to Newport's renowned attractions, exquisite dining, and captivating waterfront. Your unforgettable vacation awaits.

The 4BR/2BA loft features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a spacious living area where you can gather with friends before hitting the town! This inviting space also offers four comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, luxurious linens, a dresser, closet, and an iron for your convenience, as well as two full bathrooms. One parking pass is provided, and if needed, there is ample parking available directly across the street for $25 per day. Experience comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable stay at our delightful downtown loft.

This loft is located in a mixed use brownstone. On the first floor there is the beloved Zelda's restaurant, known for serving quality seafood and steaks in a lively and inviting atmosphere. This 4BR loft is located on the third floor. On the second floor we have another 3BR loft, also available to rent. Please let us know if you need more space, as well also rent them as a combined 7BR to larger groups.

Perfect Newport Spot

This was one of the best rentals we are stayed at. The spacious bathrooms and ample kitchen and living space was perfect for our extended family to be comfortable during our stay. Would recommend to any group visiting Newport and looking for the perfect location to everything!

This is a great property. Exactly as pictured. The rooms are quite large and the bathrooms nice and clean. I loved the location on Thames St. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. The restaurant right across the street, Scales is amazing. I would absolutely stay here again.

Ample space for our family of Five

Apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Large bright open plan kitchen, Dining and living room. 4 large bedrooms with ample closet space, TV is all rooms. We visit Newport frequently, we like this section of town because you can to walk to every where but are a little away from the busier part of town. Plus there are some wonderful local restaurants nearby.

We arrived and put our parking pass (provided) in the vehicle . Unfortunately, they swept the streets the next morning and had barred parking after twelve. We,obviously, didn’t know that had happened, and got a ticket. So be aware!! Still, great condo, great stay

We enjoyed the spaciousness and location of the property. However, there was not a parking pass available. There also are no toiletries provided other than hand soap. There are extra pillows but no extra pillow cases. Also there are two towels provided per room but only one wash cloth per room and no addition hand towels. Be sure to come prepared.

Newport Weekend

Location of the apartment was great, right on thames street where you can easily walk to most places. The apartment was very clean and spacious, exactly as pictured. We were a group of 7 including 2 teenagers and an infant and the space was large about for all of us. Each of the 4 bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Only street parking on first come first serve basis was available. There wasnt 1 parking spot included with the rental as mentioned in the listed given that it was off season. I believe during summer you do get 1 parking pass however that is still for street parking. You can park at the Wellington across the street for a daily fee which was very convenient and not an issue at all for us. Overall, I would easily not hesitate to rent again on our next visit.
