Casita 216A Lower street level property was taken to the studs and rebuilt with ultimate vacationing in mind. This modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath (one ensuite to the main), air conditioned, luxury light filled beach home will wow you. There is plenty of space in and out for your family to enjoy the open floor plan that includes a large rear courtyard with a natural gas Weber BBQ for those summer meals all year as well as a 6 seat table with a propane fire pit to keep you toasty.

Need more space? Reserve with the upper unit Casita 216B for a 4bd/4ba home and, potentially, parking for four. Or combine with our other properties around the block at Marina Park Bay Beach!

PERFECTLY LOCATED

Although, only a one 1 short beach block walk to the ocean beach and it's restaurants and shops (you can see both from in front...the ocean and the bay), and a short block from Marina Park Bay Beach, with state of the art children's play ground, Light House Cafe, holiday activities, and parades. You may feel removed from it all in your secluded oasis. 

PARKING

There is off street parking for 216A LOWER. This parking spot currently is accessed using the small short drive left or neighbors short drive to the right. The parking space measurement is 8' 6" wide wall to fence and 23' deep (see pic in gallery) with a larger open area from fence to sidewalk. 

Plenty of parking both metered (pay station) and non-metered close by on 19th St. and West Balboa. No payment required overnight 6PM to 8AM

HOLIDAY'S

We're the perfect home away from home when you`re away for the holidays, reunions, or hosting family and friends for wedding festivities (Marina Park Venue end of beach).

ALL Casa`s and Casita`s are beautifully decorated for the holidays including a pre-lit tree.

The world famous Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade starts December 18th 2024 and runs for 5 nights and can be viewed at  Marina Park Beach the next block. At this turning basin... you can view the parade coming and going. Purchase some hot chocolate on the way. The first nights festivities will begin with fireworks by the pier AND festivities including, live music, food and local vendors on our beach in front at Marina Park.
