This 75-acre Tuscan-inspired enclave is perched atop a bluff offering sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island — the perfect vantage point that captures the style and grace of Newport Beach. From its beautiful architecture to its abundant activities, Marriott's Newport Coast® Villas is a distinctive California vacation destination.

Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa has a fully-equipped kitchen as well separated living and dining areas. Primary suite boasts a king-size bed, oversized soaking tub and a separate shower while the guest room includes its own full bathroom as well as a queen-size bed, double sleeper sofa and television. In-room washer and dryer as well as complimentary Wi-Fi access offer the ultimate in convenience, and the private balcony is perfect for catching those California sunsets!
