Great location and spaces but read on…
The property has great spaces but needs more attention. Also, you need to know there are late-night, noise-making tenants below unit B.
1. Check in was a debacle. We never received instructions, had to call to get in the property. It was confusing which home we had access to. It is not clear on the VRBO listing.
2. The tenants below made noise - closing/banging doors late at night - from midnight to 4am. I was wakened 2 of the nights we stayed. That was awful!
3. The patio was not cleaned. Leaves were all over and it was obvious they were for some time.
4. For the price we paid, we would have expected more in the kitchen such as oil, spices, etc.
5. Parking - the tenant took up 2 spaces behind unit A. We could not park there.
